Jay Cummings

Jay Cummings is a self-taught photographer. He discovered an interest in taking photographs at an early age after his family photos were lost in a move. He pledged to always help others capture their timeless moments, which they could cherish forever. The California born artist has six years of professional photography experience and is based in Houston, Texas.

Clients can find his featured photos in i10 magazine and on several social media outlets. Jay’s landscape photography has been showcased in different art exhibits in the city. He also volunteers as a guest photographer annually for the “Celebration of Life” Breast Cancer Survivor Photo Shoot.

Family is particularly important to Jay, his wife and 2 kids mean the world to him, replacing lost photos and adding new ones to family photo albums. Jay believes that shooting family professional photos is essential. He specializes in family, wedding, and lifestyle portraits. Jay welcomes the opportunity to shoot birthdays, baby showers, and corporate events too. He understands that photography can be a gift and he is honored to help give that gift to the world.
